Self contained studio with its own front entrance. Super comfy pocket spring kingsize divan . TV with free view and Free wi fi internet. Small fridge and cooking facilities, walking distance to historic town centre of Lewes. Access to south downs national park, and so much more with beautiful walks and beaches, 12 pubs. New Haven ferry 25 mins. We don't cook for you but we supply continental type breakfast, in your room. Requests or special needs let us know . We can be flexible with check in & check out subject to other bookings. We ask for a £5 key deposit just to help you remember to leave the key :) For longer stays we reduce the daily fee's. We supply a generous welcome packed fridge but don't supply further breakfast. no smoking in or around the house. No guest other than the booked guests. One bus stops directly outside 3 times a day and goes into center of town. We live next door where we have 2 dogs and two cats...and two teenagers who are here some of the time.

15th June 2017:

Caroline and Richard were both lovely hosts. They accommodated my every request, including a late check-out time, and provided helpful information about the area and a map for walking the downs. The location is perfectly situated between the town and the park, making it ideal for walking, exploring Lewes, or going to the opera. The room is comfortable, cozy, clean, and quiet.

Tips:

The South Downs park is just across the road, so it is very easy to go over there for even a short walk.
